Get Involved

There are many ways to get involved with the great work that your local RC&D Council and their partners are doing.  Come to a board or planning meeting, volunteer your time or skills, become a partner on our many projects, help us identify resource needs in our communities, or even make a technical, material, or financial contribution.

Board Meetings

The SCW RC&D Council meets every other month starting in January at their annual meeting. They typically meet the first Thursday of the month, with exceptions around holiday weeks. The public is welcome to attend meetings to find out more about the Council and what they are doing. If you are considering being a sponsor, or would like to bring a project idea (see Projects and Programs) to the Council, please Contact Us at least two weeks before a regular meeting.
