Partners working through funds available from this program in Washington State must have a contract with either their representative Resource Conservation and Development Council (RC&D), or the South Cetral Wa. RC&D Council. Funds are available on a reimbursement basis only. To receive reimbursement after the period of performance (calendar month), partners must submit an invoice, report narrative, and Project Management Tool report by 5:00 p.m. on the third working day of the following month. Report and Invoicing Downloads
A monthly narrative report is required for reimbursements to be received. Below is the template that you can use to create that report.
Below are templates and examples that you can use in creating your invoices, timesheets, etc. If you use the templates, you are still responsible to make sure all formulas and final calculations are correct. South Central Wa. RC&D Council cannot be held responsible for incorrectly calculated invoices.
